1. The service
RetainHive provides churn early-warning digests for operators of paid communities you administer. Digests are emailed to you (the operator/admin) only — we never contact your members. Email digests are the core product; we do not replace your community platform.
2. Acceptable use
You may only upload member data for communities you own or are authorized to operate. Do not scrape other people’s communities, share credentials, or use the product to spam or harass members.
3. Your data
You retain ownership of member exports you upload. We process them to score risk and send digests to your operator email. See our Privacy Policy.
4. Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Cancel anytime via the billing portal; digests stop when the subscription ends. Founding discounts (e.g. FOUNDING50) are limited and may change.
5. Disclaimer
Scores are estimates from engagement signals you provide. They are not guarantees of churn or retention. You decide whether and how to contact your members; RetainHive does not message them on your behalf.
